FieldCam (“we”, “our”, “the App”) is a GPS-based camera application designed to help users capture geotagged photos with coordinates, notes, and optional logo overlays. Your privacy is important to us, and we are committed to protecting it.
1. Information We Collect
1.1 Location Data
FieldCam uses your device’s GPS only to:
display your coordinates
stamp location information on photos
generate an address if internet is available
All location data remains on your device and is never uploaded or shared.
1.2 Camera Access
FieldCam accesses your camera to:
capture photos
overlay GPS, date, time, notes, and logos
show the live viewfinder
We do not store or transmit camera data.
1.3 Storage Access
Storage access is required only to:
save photos captured by the app
load your custom logo (PNG)
display images in the FieldCam gallery
We do not access any other files unless you choose them.
1.4 Photo Notes / Project Info
If you add Photo Notes, they are stamped directly on the image and remain on your device.
We do not upload or store them elsewhere.
1.5 Advertising (Google AdMob)
FieldCam uses Google AdMob to serve ads.
AdMob may collect device-related information such as:
device identifiers
approximate location
ad interaction data
This data is collected by Google, not FieldCam.

2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information only to:
show GPS coordinates
stamp details on photos
display ads via AdMob
improve app stability
We never:
❌ sell your data
❌ upload your data
❌ share your data
❌ track your activity across apps
3. Data Storage & Security
All data generated by the app (photos, logos, notes) stays on your device.
You can delete it anytime.
Uninstalling FieldCam removes all stored data automatically.
We do not store any user information on remote servers.
4. Children’s Privacy
FieldCam is intended for users 16 years of age or older.
We do not knowingly collect information from children.
5. Third-Party Services
FieldCam only uses Google AdMob. No analytics, no data selling, no extra tracking.
6. Policy Updates
We may update this Privacy Policy occasionally.
Changes will be posted on this page with a new update date.
